With over 18 years experience as a real estate Paralegal in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area, Ms. Haataja brings unparalleled expertise to every aspect of Liberty Title's operations. As a Licensed Real Estate Closer, she has personally closed over 3,000 Real Estate transactions for our clients. |

Jennifer J. Forsland jenny@libertytitleinc.usJennifer is the Corporate Manager for Libery Title. She joined the Liberty Title team in 2003 with a legal background. She is a licensed Closing Executive for the Elk River office. Ms. Forsland oversees all Human Resources and daily management. |

Trina L. LaForce trina@libertytitleinc.usTrina is the Assistant Corporate Manager and Closing Executive for the Elk River office of Liberty Title, Inc. Mrs. LaForce joined the Liberty Title team in 2004. Her title and closing experience ensures our client's excellent customer service and the professional and comfortable closings that they deserve. |

Peter Gagne peter@libertytitleinc.usPeter is the examiner in the Elk River office. He joined Liberty Title with 9 years of real estate experience. Peter ensures title production performs at a high level as well as establishing a solid communication line with cohorts, closers and clients to make sure their needs are met. |

Philipp Serrin philipp@libertytitleinc.usPhil is one of the Title Examiners in the Production Department and is responsible for title work for all of the branch offices. PhilÂ’s real estate background goes back to 1981 when he began practicing law in Seattle. His practice included representing buyers ante transactions for twenty years. Since 1984, he has also been an owner, manager and developer of many types of real estate, including commercial, residential, vacation, and development property. Over the course of the last six years he has developed and platted eight different plats in out state Minnesota, with a total of 125 residential building lots. In 2004, Phil opened a small title company and has been a licensed Abstractor and Closing Agent for the past five Years. |

She has handled residential sales, purchases, refinances and new construction. She enjoys working with first time home buyers and making sure they are totally comfortable with their purchase. Linda also has extensive experience working with investors and closing short sales. Charles E. Hanka chuck@libertytitleinc.usChuck oversees the national operations for Liberty Title, Inc. which handles all transactions outside of the state of Minnesota. Mr. Hanka has over 15 years experience in the Title Insurance and Mortgage Banking fields. He previously grew and oversaw a national title company founded in Minnesota then headquartered in Arizona with branches across the country. Jeffrey G. Zweifel jeff@libertytitleinc.usJeffrey is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Senior Title Examiner for Liberty Title, Inc. Mr. Zweifel received his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1987. Prior to establishing Liberty Title, Inc. in 2001, Jeff was engaged in a private law practice concentrating primarily on real estate law. His knowledge and experience turn even the most difficult real estate transactions into smooth closings for all Liberty Title's clients. |
