Philipp Serrin philipp@libertytitleinc.us Phone: 763.450.1611Phil is one of the Title Examiners in the Production Department and is responsible for title work for all of the branch offices. PhilÂ’s real estate background goes back to 1981 when he began practicing law in Seattle. His practice included representing buyers ante transactions for twenty years. Since 1984, he has also been an owner, manager and developer of many types of real estate, including commercial, residential, vacation, and development property. Over the course of the last six years he has developed and platted eight different plats in out state Minnesota, with a total of 125 residential building lots. In 2004, Phil opened a small title company and has been a licensed Abstractor and Closing Agent for the past five Years. |

Mr. Zweifel received his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1987. Prior to establishing Liberty Title, Inc. in 2001, Jeff was engaged in a private law practice concentrating primarily on real estate law. His knowledge and experience turn even the most difficult real estate transactions into smooth closings for all Liberty Title's clients.
